1. Front kick blocks (2x) reverse side kick (no final block). 2. Outside arm break, right front knee to ribs, left axe-kick to middle of back. 3. Rising arm blocks (2x), left front kick, right crescent kick to face. 4. Left side kick, right spinning crescent kick to face. 5. Outside spinning arm blocks *start with right hand, grab hand after final block, left crescent kick to elbow, right roundhouse kick to solar plexus, right jumping kick to head. 6. Palm heal blocks (3x), palm heal smash to face. 7. Make up your own combinations using your throws, imagination and reflexes. |
