Forms
|
Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan uses forms as an important tool for learning, as a means to express focused power in controlled action. Forms are the collective heritage of the art, with levels of meaning hidden within. Forms encode many levels of understanding within the movements. The patterned movements are handed down, teacher to student, with exactness, according to tradition, to pass along the spirit of Tae Kwon Do Chung Do Kwan. |
